Step 1

When the user depresses the Screenshot button in the Simulator Window, the following Window will appear

 

Interval

Here is where the user specifies how often the simulator will take a screenshot. Default: 1 Iteration

Iterations Description
1 Iteration Every Iteration will result in a screenshot being taken
100 Iterations Every 100 Iterations will result in a screenshot being taken
1000 Iterations Every 1000 Iterations will result in a  screenshot being taken

 

Record # of Frames

This is where the user specifies how many screenshot(s) he/she wishes to take. Default: 10

 

Filename

This is where the user specifies the name of the header file and the path where the screenshot images and the screenshot header file will be saved to

 


Step 2

When the user clicks the OK button from the Window above, the following window will appear, this window is the preview of the screenshots being saved in the path the user specified under the filename section of the previous window.

In this example, screenshots from iteration number 10 to iteration 19 are being shown and saved, also being saved is an .SCM file. The SCM file is a header containing information about all the screenshots and is used to animate the timeline if the user chooses to open the .SCM file under the SimCell User Interface Application Open Menu Item. Clicking the close button will close this window.
