For Windows operating systems: MetaboMiner_Windows.zip (8,8 Mb) which includes:

• The Executable Windows 32-bit file
• The executable jar file
• The compound structure library
• The spectra reference library
• The source file

For all other operating systems: metabominer.zip (4,9 Mb) which includes:

• The executable jar file
• The compound structure library
• The spectra reference library
• The source file

Download the test sample (1.1 Mb) which includes data from five TOCSY and five HSQC experiments, respectively.

• A description file
• The peak lists files (8)
• The spectra images (8)

Download the original spectra files (44.8 Mb, in UCSF format) that were used by Sparky to perform peak picking and to generate spectral images.

Installation

No installation required. However, you need to install Java runtime environment (JRE) 5.0 or higher in order to run MetaboMiner.

After unzip the downloaded package, to start MetaboMiner,

• Windows or Mac OS: double click "MetaboMiner.jar" (if you cannot, read this);
• Unix or Linux OS: type "java -jar MetaboMiner.jar" at command line

Please note: MetaboMiner should be run from inside the same folder containing other resources. You need to create a shortcut(softlink) in order to run from other places.
