Overview Design Implementation Algorithm Installation Instructions FAQs Acknowledgement

There are four major functional views, 1) a processing view, 2) a search view, 3) an annotation view, and 4) a library view. All these views share the same component arrangement, with panels on the right side being used for visualizing and manipulating peaks, and the panels on the left being used for displaying parameters, compound lists, structure images, etc. Navigation to each view is readily accessible by clicking an appropriate menu item.

The following instructions are given as a series of screenshots. They demonstrate a typical compound identification process using automatically picked peak list and/or spectral images. The main features of library view are also illustrated. For more detailed explanation, please go to the FAQs section.
