Default association word filters used for each type of search. These are organized as x_to_y.txt where x is the given search type and y is the search type to find. link
In PolySearch, genes are organized into gene families to enable searching for generic terms. For example, say you want to find all drugs associates with "Cytochrome P450". Since Cytochrome P450 is not itself a single protein, all Cytochrome P450 enzyme classes are organized into a Cytochrome P450 family. This file contains the different families used in PolySearch in a tab-delimited format. download
